  • Dear Hendry County School District Families and Employees,

    Based on the recommendation from the Governor of Florida, distance learning in Hendry County will continue through the end of the school year. This step is necessary in order for us to continue doing our part in stopping the spread of COVID-19.  The safety and health of our students, employees, and families remains our top priority and we will continue providing services including online learning and meals for students. Thank you for your patience and understanding during this difficult time.

    Updates on Meal Distribution Plan:

    Clewiston and LaBelle Schools:

    Breakfast and lunch will be served to Clewiston and LaBelle school students from 9:00 am – 1:00 pm beginning Monday, March 23. Drive-thru service will be available at Clewiston Middle School, Clewiston High School, LaBelle High School, and LaBelle Elementary School. Bagged meals for breakfast and lunch will be served simultaneously. Reminder: Students do not have to be present in order to receive a meal.

    Remote sites:

    Remote site meal deliveries will be from 10:00 am – 12:00 noon on a first come, first served basis until all meals have been delivered. Meals will be delivered to the Montura Clubhouse, Pioneer Community Center, Felda Community Center, and the Iglesia Cristiana Restauracion located at 1301 Hwy 29 North. Reminder: Students do not have to be present in order to receive a meal.

    Update: We have set up two (2) additional sites for meal distribution

    Bagged meals for breakfast and lunch will be served simultaneously. Meal deliveries will be from 10:00 am – 11:30 am on a first come, first served basis until all meals have been delivered. Students do not have to be present in order to receive a meal.

    Clewiston, FL 33440

    Bagged meals for breakfast and lunch will be served simultaneously. Meal deliveries will be from 11:45 am – 1:15 pm on a first come, first served basis until all meals have been delivered. Students do not have to be present in order to receive a meal.
