In July, August, and September of 2019, the State Board of Education adopted three rules related to health education. These include rules on the implementation of health-related curriculum that includes Mental and Emotional Health Education (Grades 6-12), Substance Abuse Health Education (Grades K-12), and Child Trafficking Prevention Education (Grades K-12).
