Mandatory Requirement!

Please be aware that using the EZRouting Parent Portal is mandatory for all parents seeking transportation for their students. All transportation requests and updates must be submitted through this portal.

Dear Parents and Guardians,

Our Transportation Department is using new routing software called EZRouting to manage student transportation. This software includes a EZRouting Parent Portal that allows you to manage your student's ridership information.

The EZRouting Parent Portal is a valuable tool where you can:

  • Update your student's transportation information.
  • Ensure we have the most accurate details for your child's busing needs.

Important Information:

  • Email Notifications: Email notifications regarding this parent portal will be sent through EZRouting. Please ensure your email address is up-to-date within FOCUS.
  • Account Creation: You can create an account on the EZRouting website: https://www.ezrouting.com/hendryfl
    • Or use the BusQuest App 
  • School Session: When using the portal, please make sure to select the correct school session (e.g., "Summer School").
  • Student ID: Please note that the Student ID field is required when adding a student to the portal.

Change Request Process:

When you add a new student or make changes to existing information in the EZRouting Parent Portal, the following process occurs:

  1. Change Request: Your updated information is sent to our Transportation Department as a change request.
  2. Review: Our Transportation Department staff will review the request.
  3. Approval/Feedback: The Transportation Department may:
  • Approve the changes.
  • Send the request back to you for further changes, along with a reason for the request.
